If you are purchasing a consultation rather than a product we allow a 24-hour “cooling off” period during which time you may cancel your consultation payment with The Management Agency and receive a refund (less processing fees).

If you are purchasing a product (press kit graphic design, etc.) and you change your mind, you may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours has passed, work will begin on your order and no refund will be given.

Once final payment for your product has been received and the work has been completed, you will be emailed a Dropbox link where you can download the Adobe Hi-Res PDF file of the item for which you paid.

No refunds for either full payment or deposits will be given after 24 hours following our receipt of your payment or deposit for your product, services or consultation. If more than 24 hours has lapsed since your consultation payment was made and you wish to cancel, your payment will be applied to a future date of your choice.
