TMA’s Event Management services provides professional event planning, promotions & marketing, concert production & tour management services for faith-based artists, ministries and non-profit organizations. We have organized, administrated, and managed tours, special events and concerts to Mexico, Central America, Southeast Asia, South America, Canada, Africa, England, the Caribbean, and all over the United States. Our teams have ranged in size from three persons (artist, personal assistant, and road manager) to over 75 persons (artist, band, dancers, tech crew, evangelism team, medical team, etc.).

OPTIONS – WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU?

Option 1 – If you need complete event planning, management and production (all of the above listed services) we provide that service at an industry-standard event planning commission rate or flat fee, whichever is greater. The first step to take when selecting this option is to schedule an Event Planning Consultation.

Option 2 – If you simply need to outsource promotions and marketing for your event, our package for that service includes:
  • Branding – branding your event, including logo development, digital and printed materials design;
  • Social Media Setup – branded social media event setup on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Online Event Registration – design & setup of branded event registration through EventBrite; post-event survey setup through SurveyMonkey;
  • Event Website – design & host your customized event-specific website utilizing your artwork or the branded artwork we create for you.
  • Event Marketing – based entirely on your advertising budget, we design, implement and administrate radio, print and digital advertising.
Option 3 – If you just need help getting started in the planning of a successful event, the Event Planning Consultation is recommended.
